Wire frames

They are used mostly in car seats. The frames are foamed by polyurethane foam or expanded polypropylene and serves as reinforcement of the seat. Their other function is as an element for fastening textile or leather upholstery.
 
The frames are molded on modern CNC bending machines by Italian, American or German manufacturers. Most wires have a diameter of 4-8 mm and are made ​​of low-carbon materials. The surface can be copper-coated or traditionally black.
 
The bent semi-finished products are then welded by ABB and Panasonic welding robots. We have welding technology for resistance welding, resistance butt welding, MIG/MAG welding with a mixture of CO2, but also using carbide soldering.
