Spatial welded frames
Manufacturing of wire frames has become a new production program in the area wire reinforcement. As the basis, it traditionally uses black or galvanized wire of thicker diameters (3-8 mm). Subsequent bending and straightening is carried out on CNC machines, providing complex 3D bents.
The wires are then welded on the semi-automatic welding robots. Frames can also be fitted with other parts, such as sheet metal, and provided with a surface finish.
