Quality and environmental policy

Following the Company’s Mission and to support our company Vision for the Division of the Wire Reinforcements, the management of ALBA – METAL COMPANY. s.r.o announces this.

Quality and Environment Policy:

• Customer satisfaction is a prerequisite to prosperity of the company, to improved competitiveness and market share and therefore we offer our customers in the automotive industry high level of products in the field of CNC shaped wire technology. We will expand offer of these product to consistently satisfy the requirements and anticipated needs of our customers.
• An important factor of our success is a motivated and satisfied employee who meets the high professional and moral requirements.
• The starting step towards making the foregoing is the application and continuous improvement of quality and environmental management meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO / TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2004 and specific customer requirements.

To fulfill this policy, the management company also undertakes to:

• participate actively on implementation of its intentions and identify and remove obstacles to their implementation.
• To create conditions for fulfillment of the requirements and objectives, including provision of the necessary resources.
• Maintain and develop long term relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of final product provided to the customer and prefer suppliers with certified quality management system and / or the environment.
• Continually train the staff to quality and considerate attitude towards the environment in all areas of activity.
• Continually improve the effectiveness of the established quality management system and environment and prevent pollution.
• Consistently meet the requirements of regulations and legislation relating to the activities of the company.

The management of the company expects from its employees:

• Strict compliance with the procedures provided in documentation of quality management and environment.
• The high responsibility for the quality of their own work consisting of preventing errors by a thorough self-check of the results of the work before sending it to colleagues or customers.
