Quality and technology
The division has a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO / TS 16949:2009 and ISO 14001:2004. See Certificates section. Our primary task is to create a high quality standard not only for our products but also for all the related processes.

We use a new 3D measuring arm ROMER for complex spatial measurements. This arm allows us to measure and control not only the final products using traditional methods of touch or proximity, but also checking all control and welding templates, including intermediates.
The arm is operated using a special measuring software PC-DMISTM. This program is able to load models and products quickly and compare them with reality. Dimensional protocol is then issued for each measurement.
Technology
The division is currently equipped for straightening, cutting, shaping, welding and surface treatment of steel wire from 1.5 mm to 12 mm.
The main production technologies include:
Wire straightening and cutting to desired length
Shaping wire on modern CNC machines with spatial bends
Shaping wire on high output single-purpose machines
Welding wire in a protective atmosphere, resistance welding
Sheet metal parts pressing
Surface treatment of finished products
Final inspection by 3D measuring arm
