Simple wire reinforcements
This production program involves straightening and subsequent forming of galvanized, phosphate and black wire. This in both, the low carbon and high carbon (spring) design. Simple molding machines manufactured in our own tool shop are the most often used machines in production process.
This technology is able to shape the wire diameters from 1.5 mm to 8 mm,
with a specialization in 2 mm diameter.
